On September 27, 2024, the Board of Directors appointed Louis le Portz as Honorary Chairman and Bruno Berthet as the new Chairman.

Bruno Berthet has been Chairman of ARESIA since September 2024, after having been Chairman and CEO since mid-2015. ARESIA is an aeronautical, civil and defense equipment supplier - a new company formed from the merger of several French SMEs following an LBO carried out in mid-2018 on RAFAUT, which he had joined at the end of 2011.

Ingénieur Général de l'Armement (2s), he previously held positions of responsibility within the French Ministry of Defense, at the Direction Générale de l'Armement, notably as head of aircraft programs and then of the defense export support department, and in the French Air Force, where he was deputy head of the "Plans Programs" staff. He began his career at the Centre d'Essais en Vol, at Brétigny, then at Cazaux.

He is also President of the Groupe des Industries Métallurgiques (GIM), the Ile-de-France branch of the UIMM.

Bruno is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Sup'Aéro (ISAé), a licensed fighter pilot and IR commercial pilot, and has been an auditor at the Centre des Hautes Etudes de l'Armement (CHEAr), the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale (IHEDN) and the Centre des Hautes Etudes Militaires (CHEM).
