How Airbus is meeting the challenges of airline support

On Tuesday May 13 at 6pm, 3AF, the French aerospace learned society, is organizing a conference on the theme of Airbus Customer Service.


Emmanuel DELPET, Head of Customer Services Europe & Global CSD, will share his experience on the issues and challenges of airline support. This activity, characterized by the great diversity of airline profiles, is vital to ensuring Airbus' competitiveness and credibility in the market. The conference will be an opportunity for participants from the design office to learn more about the problems encountered by operators on the final product of our activities.


The conference is free, open to all, and will be accompanied by a snack offered by 3AF. Places are limited and registration is open until May 9.
