Minutes of the Annual General Meeting

On July 6, 2023, 3AF's Annual General Meeting was held at the town hall in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, in the Salle des Fêtes.

The event kicked off with a captivating talk by Jean-Claude TRICHET, introduced by 3AF Honorary President Michel SCHELLER. Mr. TRICHET, a renowned figure in the world of economics and finance, tackled the crucial subject of inflation. His presentation highlighted the causes of inflation and the measures to be taken to ensure price stability on both sides of the Atlantic. Members present had the opportunity to exchange views with Mr. TRICHET during a question-and-answer session, enriching the discussion.

Following this inspiring conference, the Annual General Meeting was officially opened by Louis LE PORTZ, President of 3AF, Jean-François COUTRIS, General Secretary, Michel Assouline, General Manager, and Bertrand PETOT, Treasurer. It should be noted that all the proposed resolutions were voted for unanimously, testifying to the commitment and consensus of the members on the orientations of the Société Savante.

A highlight of the Annual General Meeting was the presentation of the 3AF Grades, presided over by Mr Hervé AUSTRUY. The 3AF Grades are a prestigious recognition awarded to members who have made a significant contribution to aeronautics and astronautics. This year's recipients were honored for their exceptional work and unwavering commitment to the association.
